The Pool is Open

This weekend we were finally able to turn on the heater in our pool and hot tub so we decided it was time to officially initiate the pool.  The first day it was just our little family enjoying the water and playing together. The kids were SO excited when we told them they were allowed to fully get in the pool!

 The next day we invited Nana and Papa over to join us for dinner and an evening swim.  Jacob loved swimming on Papa's back around the pool.  Nana thought the pool was too cold still so she and Hailey hung our in the hot tub. Once we had the kids in bed it was time for the adults to try out the hot tub for real.  I may have found my new "happy place"!!  It was a fun weekend and we look forward to lots more great memories in our pool.
